She is the author of 'Freedom Embraced: How To Flourish And Be Happy At Work' (2023, Marshall Cavendish International).
For more than two decades, Bernadette's forte and passion has been mentoring and coaching others. She has provided learning and development solutions for diverse clients including business organisations, educators, schools and not for profit organisations in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Middle East and Scotland. She journeys with senior management, divisional management and teams.
She has journeyed with diverse businesses on culture transformational change projects including clients in the construction, engineering, financial, retail, F&B, professional services and technology sectors.
As an Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PCMC), she also enables and supports the human capital movement amongst Singapore SMEs.
Bernadette has also been accorded multiple awards. She was conferred the SkillsFuture Fellowships Award, Singapore’s Highest Skill Award, in 2018. Presented by the President of the Republic of Singapore, the SkillsFuture Fellowships honour individuals as masters of skills and mentors of future talent. In 2019, she received the Stevie Award for Women in Business in the solo female entrepreneur category in New York. The Stevie Awards is a premier global business award. In 2017, she also received the Best Personal Brand Award for Business Culture from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
She is a keynote speaker, published author, been a guest on air for several radio programmes and has also been involved in several national learning festivals to promote lifelong learning amongst professionals and others. She actively supports various charitable initiatives to promote education both in Singapore and overseas.
